PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed laminated sheet which achieves both favorable fluidity of a resin composition in forming a foaming agent-containing resin layer and good strength of a foam resin layer of a foamed laminated sheet, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated sheet comprising at least a foaming agent-containing resin layer on a substrate, wherein the foaming agent-containing resin layer comprises (1) white carbon and (2) (a) a resin having a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylic acid anhydride group and (b) a wax having a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylic acid anhydride group as a compatibility improving agent.
