PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and easily constructing a roller compacted concrete structure having a vertical or nearly vertical end surface.SOLUTION: A concrete structure construction method of the present invention comprises the steps for: concrete form installation in which concrete form 1 is installed on a concrete casting surface 72 so that a form face 21 of the concrete form 1 rises from a reference position on the concrete casting surface 72; casting concrete (roller compacted concrete 71) on the concrete casting surface 72 that has been comparted by the concrete form 1 installed at the reference position on the concrete casting surface 72; and rolling compaction of the concrete (roller compaction concrete 71) cast on the concrete casting surface 72 after removing the concrete form 1 from the concrete casting surface 72.
