PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film the visible light reflecting properties of which can be enhanced.SOLUTION: The multilayer film includes first and second thermoplastic resin layers. An absolute value of a difference between the inherent refractive index of the first thermoplastic resin layer and that of the second thermoplastic resin layer is 0.03 or larger. Each of the first and second thermoplastic resin layers has 250 nm or smaller thickness. A unit is formed by piling up the first thermoplastic resin layer and the second thermoplastic resin layer alternately in the thickness direction so that the number of the piled resin layers becomes 40 in total. A laminate obtained by stacking 10 units in the direction of the piled resin layers is used as the multilayer film. The thickness of the selected first or second thermoplastic resin layer in one unit is made different from that of the unselected other first or second thermoplastic resin layer in the same unit. |
