PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preferable method for DTMF signal identification at a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A DTMF identification device includes a communication part 4 for receiving an audio signal through a communication channel, an amplifier 5 for amplifying an audio signal, a speaker 6 for outputting sound obtained by amplifying an audio signal by the amplifier 5, a microphone 7 for accepting input sound outputted by the speaker 6, and an identification part 23 for identifying a type of an input DTMF signal contained in sound inputted from the microphone 7. The DTMF signal identification device further provides a pattern information storage part 10 for storing pattern information, indicating feature of each of DTMF signal types, associating with types of DTMF signal. The identification part 23 can also identifying a type of the input DTMF signal, based on a waveform of an audio signal inputted from the microphone and pattern information stored in the pattern information storage part 10. |
