PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data quality such as accuracy or reliability of time series data to be processed on a reception side while inhibiting increase of a load on a transmission side or the reception side.SOLUTION: A transmission-side information processing apparatus includes: an acquiring unit configured to acquire time series data from a monitoring target; an extraction unit configured to change, in accordance with a status of the monitoring target, a way of determining whether the acquired time series data is changed, and extract the data from the time series data when changed; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit the extracted data to a reception side. The reception-side information processing apparatus includes: a receiving unit configured to receive the time series data of plural sets of attributes acquired from the monitoring target; and a reception data processing unit configured to, when the time series data of any of the attributes among the time series data of the plural sets includes unreceived data, set as unreceived data the latest known data received earlier than the time of the detection of the unreceived data.
