PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesive film adhering method and device that can make adhesive film having any shape efficiently adhere to a predetermined position on a substrate at low cost by using film-shaped adhesive agent.SOLUTION: An adhesive film adhering method comprises: a step of providing a cut-out penetrating through a separable film having any shape from the separable film side of film-shaped adhesive agent by using the film-shaped adhesive agent in which a separable film 2R having separation performance from the adhesive film adheres to at least one surface of an adhesive film 2M formed of thermosetting resin having adhesive performance as a main material, a step of exfoliating the separable film within any shape, a step of confronting the surface of the substrate 3 and the separable film side of the film-shaped adhesive agent and positioning, at a predetermined place on the surface of the substrate, any shape portion from which the separable film is exfoliated, a step of pressing the adhesive film into the substrate through a member having separation performance to the adhesive film, and a step of exfoliating the film-shaped adhesive agent while the adhesive film of any shape is left on the surface of the substrate, and an adhesive film adhering device is also provided. |
