PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a warm/cold feeling of an object person from deteriorating in a period when the object person is in a REM sleep state, in an air conditioning control system for controlling an air conditioner based on an index indicating a warm/cold feeling.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control system includes: a detection unit (15) for detecting an index indicating a warm/cold feeling based on a body temperature adjustment function of an object person; and an air conditioning control unit (29) for performing warm/cold feeling control for changing a target temperature of an air conditioner (5) so that the warm/cold feeling of the object person approaches neutral based on the index detected in the detection unit (15). The air conditioning control system also includes a REM determination unit (27) which determines whether the sleeping object person is in a REM sleep state or in a non-REM sleep state. The air conditioning control unit (29) executes warm/cold feeling control during the period in which the REM determination unit (27) determines that the object person is in a non-REM sleep state, and execution of the warm/cold feeling control is prohibited during a period in which the REM determination unit (27) determines that the object person is in a REM sleep state. |
