PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter for punching series-like plates with extreme thinness of a few or few tens of micrometers with an extremely small number of burrs and flashes on a cutting plane.SOLUTION: First, a thin plate 6 connected to a punch base material P1 is punched with the use of a punch base material P1 of a punch roll PR and a die hole D of a die roll DR. The thin plate 6 becomes a punch-tip thin plate P2 provided on the punch base material 1, and constitutes a punch P with extremely small clearance from the die hole D in rotation, in coordination with the punch base material P1. Then extremely thin series-like plates with thickness of a few or few tens of micrometers, which are cut objects, are continuously punched with the use of the obtained punch P and rotation of the die D. |
