PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize an abnormality condition of a vehicle such as theft.SOLUTION: A vehicle abnormality detection system 1 includes a user side device 10 which is carried by a user, and a vehicle side device 20 which is provided in a vehicle 50 to be monitored. The user side device 10 includes a user side communication unit 11 for performing human body communication with the vehicle side device 20 through the user. The vehicle side device 20 includes: a vehicle side communication unit 21 for performing human body communication with the user side device 10; a movement state detection unit 22 for detecting a movement state of the vehicle 50; an abnormality detection unit 23 for, on the basis of a condition of human body communication and the movement state of the vehicle 50, determining whether or not an abnormality condition occurs in the vehicle 50; and an output unit 24 for performing an output according to the determination. |
