PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a band extension of a transimpedance amplifier circuit.SOLUTION: The transimpedance amplifier circuit includes: a base grounded amplifier 1 for amplifying an input signal; an emitter follower circuit 2 which inputs output from the base grounded amplifier 1; a constant current source 3 that supplies a constant current to the base grounded amplifier 1; a constant current source 4 which supplies a constant current to the emitter follower circuit 2; and capacitors C1 and C2 capacitively coupling emitters of transistors Q2 and Q4 forming the constant current sources 3 and 4.
