PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate capable of preventing interlayer short circuit when forming multilayer interconnection, through decreasing a taper angle of a print pattern edge, when a reverse offset printing method is used as a pattern formation method, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A printing plate includes a projection surface, a recess surface and a side surface connecting therebetween, and is used for reverse offset printing. At least a center part of the projection surface of the printing plate is ink-affinitive, and an edge of the projection surface, the recess surface and the side surface are ink-repellent. A manufacturing method of the printing plate is also provided. |
