PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection pump that can reduce time and effort for disposal of oil in a waste oil tank.SOLUTION: The fuel injection pump includes a change-over valve insertion hole 401 and a communication passage 402 constituting a leakage recovery passage for recovering oil leaking from a gap between a plunger 12 and a barrel 13. The fuel injection pump includes: oil accommodation piping 450 constituting an oil accommodation passage communicating to an oil accommodation part for accommodating oil; and a change-over valve 6 for changing a flow rate of the oil flowing from the leakage recovery passage to the oil accommodation passage.
