PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pulp for paper making which can provide paper excellent in strength and its production method.SOLUTION: Pulp for paper making is obtained by converting chips formed by cutting trees in a state where bark is left as it is into chemical pulp. The tree is preferably a needle-leaved one. Paper obtained by wet paper making of the pulp for paper making alone under a condition of freeness of 500 ml preferably has a tensile strength, specified by JIS P8113, of 98.0 N m/g or higher. |
