PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of reducing a mechanical load applied on a terminal, and a power tool including the battery pack installed therein.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 includes: battery cells 1a, 1b, 1c; a protective substrate 5; a separator 6 holding the battery cells 1a, 1b, 1c at predetermined positions; a lower battery case 7 and an upper battery case 8; and a cushion 9. The protective substrate 5 is provided with a positive electrode terminal 2 and a negative electrode terminal 3 for power feeding and a terminal 4 for an abnormal signal to notify abnormality. The protective substrate 5 is provided on the separator 6, but is not fixed to the separator 6 by a fastening member such as a screw so as to be movable relative to the separator 6. |
