PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell arrangement chip capable of accurately analyzing a cell even when a patterning defect of a blocking agent occurs.SOLUTION: A cell arrangement chip comprises: a substrate; plural cell capture areas disposed on the substrate and for capturing a target cell; and a cell non-capture area disposed on the substrate and different from the cell capture areas. The cell non-capture area has a blocking layer comprising a blocking agent for suppressing non-specific binding of cells, and dye stuff.
