PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for film formation and the cured matter thereof where the transparency, flexibility and conductivity of the cured matter are made excellent.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating agent for film formation, comprising: tin oxide; zirconia; a solvent having a boiling point of 100 to 300°C; a dispersant; and a compound having one or more (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, in which, to the total content of 100 mass pts. of the tin oxide and zirconia, preferably, the content of the tin oxide is 40 pts.mass or more and below 100 pts.mass, the content of the zirconia is above 0 pt.mass and 60 pts.mass or less, and the total content of the tin oxide and the zirconia is 60-90 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the coating agent for film formation. |
