PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication technique that makes it easier to suppress influence of packet omission to the extent that it may be ignored even through a network in which packet omission is easily generated.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: a packet omission determination part for determining omission of packets transmitting image information; and an interpolation packet transmission part for transmitting an interpolation packet when a packet transmitting the image information is omitted.
