PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure accuracy in centering of a rotating shaft while securing a sufficient contact area to rotation torque in spline-fitting using a cylindrical member by casting.SOLUTION: A drum member is formed by aluminum casting in a state of having a hole spline on an opening end portion 61, and a hub member is formed on an insertion end portion 71 by press work of an iron material in a state of having a shaft spline spline-fittable to the hole spline formed on the opening end portion 61 of the drum member, and having one tooth bottom 75 with projection by every tooth bottoms 74 without projection of a certain number. As a projecting portion of the tooth bottom 75 with projection, of the shaft spline is brought into contact with a tooth tip of the tooth 63 of the hole spline and fitted thereto, accuracy in centering of a rotating shaft of the hub member can be secured. Further as one of side faces of the tooth 63 of the hole spline and a side face of the tooth of the shaft spline opposed to the one side face of the hole spline are kept into contact with each other, a sufficient contact area can be secured with respect to the rotation torque. |
