摘要 The invention relates to a rotor for taking over the energy of moving fluids, intended to be used as a main subassembly in turbines, having the role of converting the energy taken over from the fluids into mechanical rotary energy to drive the shaft of a generator, pump or other equipment. According to the invention, the rotor comprises some blades (1) mounted on a flange (2) in a shaft (3), the blades (1) consisting of some circular plates (a, b, c,..., n and k) which are inclined under an angle ( α ) in relation with the plane of the flange (2), the values thereof ranging between 5...15° (geometrical degrees), each blade (1) comprising a central resilient plate (k) in the shape of a circular sector crown on which the resilient plates (a, b, c,..., n) are symmetrically fixed on either side, in the descending order of their size, in a number of 9...15, having thicknesses of 0.4...3.5 mm, the plates (a, b, c,..., n and k) being 30...50 times thinner than the profile at the base of the blade (1), the plates (a, b, c..., n and k) being mounted on the flange (2) by some screws and being geometrically built and so arranged that, in the zone of the blade (1) confined by the circular ring of an internal diameter which is half the diameter of the rotor, some transverse constructive channels (T) are formed in the shape of some slots, resulting from the carrying out and arrangement of the plates (a, b, c, ..., n and k) using joined segments.
