FERMENTATION AID MIXTURE FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL METHOD UTILIZING THE MIXTURE

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fermentation mixture for the treatment of food waste wherein the method is able to improve a moisture control function, increase an activity of aerobic fermentation micro-organisms, increase an activity of moisture contained by a fermentation object and in addition, induce a rapid discharge of moisture inside the food waste and accordingly, the method is able to further improve a fermentation efficiency compared with a conventional method. The method for manufacturing a fermentation mixture comprises: a fermentation aid preparing step of preparing a fermentation aid for the treatment of food waste; a mix step of preparing a pile of a dried mixture by mixing a dehydrated food waste cake having 45 to 65% of a moisture content with the fermentation aid for the treatment of food waste and a Bacillus bacteria culture medium for the fermentation of an organic waste material; and a fermentation step of preparing a fermentation mixture by fermenting the pile of the dried mixture for 15 to 25 days wherein the fermentation aid in the mix step accounts for 9.4 to 10.5% of a weight of the dehydrated cake; and the Bacillus bacterium culture medium accounts for 1.111 to 1.875% of a weight of the dehydrated cake and wherein the fermentation aid comprises: 50 to 70 parts by weight of a moisture control agent; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a red clay; 5 to 15 parts by weight of a zeolite and 3 to 7 parts by weight of an activated carbon.
