POUCH PENETRATION APPARATUS FOR GAS DISCHARGE OF POUCH TYPE SECONDARY BATTERY

Disclosed is a pouch penetrating device for discharging gas of a pouch-type secondary battery. The device according to the present invention is included in the pouch-type secondary battery. The gas, generated by repeated charge and discharge of the secondary battery, pressurizes the device. The device does not penetrate a pouch before pressure at a certain level or higher is imposed thereon as an elastic member is included in the device. If pressure of the gas increases, a penetrating unit, included in the device, forms a hole and the gas is discharged through the hole.
