The present invention relates to an eyeglass frame comprising: an eyeglass frame (10) having a through hole (11) therein and made from a metal material in a thin plate shape; a synthetic resin rim (20) provided with an indented groove (21) on the outer circumferential surface thereof so as to be accommodated and mounted in the through hole (11) of the eyeglass frame (10), and a securing groove (22) for inserting a lens (L) thereinto; and a fixing means (30) integrally provided in the center of the eyeglass frame (10) and fixing the eyeglass frame (10) and the rim (20) to each other so as to prevent the separation of the rim (20) therefrom. Here, the fixing means of the present invention is characterized by selecting and providing one of a coupling type in which a curved fixing protrusion to which a rim is fixed and a fixing pin fixed by elastic strength are provided on the eyeglass frame, and a holding type in which holding members are provided to be held and fixed so as to be engaged with each other on the eyeglass frame. Therefore, the present invention has effects of maintaining a predetermined strength while reducing the overall weight of the eyeglass frame through the thin metal material, further improving the style of the two-tone color according to the manufacture thereof using the metal material together with the synthetic material, and preventing the fixing means from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing an aesthetic sense of the eyeglass frame from being reduced. |
