PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device superior in power generation performance, and a solar battery equipped with such a device.SOLUTION: A device comprises a silicon substrate 101, an electrode layer A112, and an electrode layer B113, which are stacked in this order. In the device, the electrode layer A112 is produced by sintering a paste composition A for electrodes, which includes phosphorus-containing copper alloy particles, tin-containing particles, glass particles, solvent and a resin, and has a tin content of 1 mass% or more; and the electrode layer B113 is produced by sintering a paste composition B for electrodes, which includes phosphorus-containing copper alloy particles, glass particles, solvent and a resin and has a tin content of 0.1 mass% or less. |
