<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket which inhibits a contact pressure from increasing even when a saddle phenomenon occurs.SOLUTION: A cylinder head gasket 1 is used in an engine including a cylinder bore 12A and a water jacket 12B. A combustion chamber hole 2A and a partial coating layer 4 which encloses the combustion chamber hole in a ring shape are formed on a gasket substrate 2 forming the cylinder head gasket 1. An inner end part 4d which is located at the combustion chamber hole side of the partial coating layer 4 is formed by forming the partial coating layer 4 to the center side of the combustion chamber hole and cutting the partial coating layer 4 at a circumferential edge part of the combustion chamber hole. An outer end part 4b at the opposite side is formed in a position that overlaps with the water jacket 12B.</p> |
