摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing an anti-glare cover glass using thermoplasticity and an anti-glare cover glass using the thermoplasticity, the apparatus including: a printing unit, which is installed on one side of a primary cleaning unit, has a cleaned substrate input thereto, and applies a transparent inorganic binder on the upper surface of the input substrate for coating; a primary heating unit, which is installed on one side of the printing unit, has the transparent inorganic binder-coated substrate input thereto, and heats the coated transparent inorganic binder to be fused on the surface of the substrate; and a secondary heating unit, which is installed on one side of the primary heating unit and heats the transparent inorganic binder at the temperature above the primary heating unit temperature to be fixed on the surface of the substrate, the substrate, which has passed through the primary heating unit, being input to the secondary heating unit. In the present invention, the transparent inorganic binder is primarily preheated at 300~500℃ in the primary heating unit and secondarily preheated at 400~900℃ in the secondary heating unit to be firmly fused to the substrate. Accordingly, the transparent inorganic binder is fused on a glass substrate at a high temperature of plasticity and thus has the same high surface hardness as the surface of the substrate. Hence, due to improvement in the surface hardness of an anti-glare cover glass using thermoplasticity, a scratch or a surface peeling phenomenon doesn't occur easily.
