METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY PREPARING HIGH-PURITY VANADIUM AND HETEROPOLYACID CATALYST

A method for simultaneously preparing high-purity vanadium and a heteropolyacid catalyst. A heteropolyacid in a vanadium-containing solution is extracted using magnetic nanoparticles grafted with an extracting agent. Utilising the magnetism of the nanoparticles, a magnet is used to recycle magnetic particles loaded with the heteropolyacid to be used as a desulphurising and denitrifying heteropolyacid catalyst, and vanadium precipitation processing is performed on a raffinate solution to obtain high-purity vanadium pentoxide having a purity of more than 99.9%.
