<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slack of wiping cloth caused by unintentional rotation of an upper rotation body.SOLUTION: The cleaning tool for building changes a wiping surface of wiping cloth by sequentially feeding the wiping cloth from an upper rotation body to a lower rotation body. The lower rotation body has a cross sectional shape where the center of gravity is displaced vertically. The upper rotation body is rotatable in linkage with the take-up action of the lower rotation body or manually. When the lower rotation body wipes a wiping target surface with the wiping cloth, free rotation of the upper rotation body is inhibited by either locking means or ratchet means, disposed at the upper rotation body. On the other hand, when a predetermined amount or more of rotation torque is applied to the upper rotation body from the lower rotation body via the wiping cloth in changing the wiping surface of the wiping cloth, locking of the locking means is released, or locking of the ratchet means is released by pulling manually the upper rotation body in the axial direction.</p> |
