An equity disclosure notification system and a providing method thereof are disclosed. The equity disclosure notification system comprises: a DB in which information about at least one reported responsible person for a specific stock item and information about a predetermined designated system are stored; a reception module which receives selling and buying information for the specific stock item from a predetermined trading system; and a control module which transmits predetermined notification information to the designated system when a trader of the specific stock item is the reported responsible person.
