According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hinge apparatus of a case for a battery terminal comprises: a main body equipped with a battery terminal therein, and having opened top part and lateral side; a side body combined with the opened side of the main body; and a top cover placed on the opened top of the main body and combined with the side body with a hinge. A hinge bump is formed on both sides of one from the side body and the top over, and a hinge hole is formed on both side surface of one from among the side body and the top cover in a shape corresponding to the hinge bump, into which the hinge bump is inserted. According to the hinge apparatus of a case for a battery terminal of the embodiment of the present invention, a hinge bump is formed on both sides of the top cover, and the weight generated when the top cover is opened is evenly distributed to the hinge bumps formed on both sides of the top cover.
