An upper-limb muscular strength training device for strengthening the arm muscles comprises: a body part; and an upper-limb exercise part connected to the body part and enabling a user to carry out muscular strength training while supporting the arm thereon, wherein the upper-limb exercise part can reverse the position thereof symmetrically with respect to the body part such that the user can selectively put the left or right arm thereon. An upper-limb muscular strength training kit comprises: the upper-limb muscular strength training device; and a box in which the body part of the upper-limb muscular strength training device can be coupled thereto or separated therefrom, wherein an accommodating space capable of accommodating the upper-limb muscular strength training device is formed inside the box, and the upper-limb muscular strength training device separated from the box can be accommodated and stored in the accommodating space.
