According to a first aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for forming an electrode on a substrate by using a conductive ink, which includes 0.05-60 wt% of silver nano-wire particles and forms the electrode by a printing method. According to the present invention, the electrode is formed by the conductive ink including the silver nano-wires, and electrical conductivity is generated by the silver nano-wires included in the ink. Therefore, the consumption amount of silver can be reduced. Energy used to form the electrode is reduced as the silver nano-wires come in contact with each other without an additional heat treatment process. Consequently, production costs can be reduced. |
