The slotless DC motor comprises a housing and a front end cover and a rear end cover which are positioned at both ends of the housing, a rotor shaft is rotatably supported on the front end cover and the rear end cover, a cylindrical magnetic steel is coaxially arranged outside the rotor shaft, the magnetic steel is connected with the rotor shaft through a porous bearing, one end of the magnetic steel is fixed to the front end cover, a coil winding is wound into a cup-shaped structure, the coil winding is fixed to the rotor shaft through the bottom of the cup-shaped structure, the wall part of the cup-shaped structure of the coil winding is positioned between the outer wall of the magnetic steel and the inner wall of the housing, and a commutator fixed on the rotor shaft and electrically connected with the coil winding is fitted with a carbon brush assembly arranged on the inner side of the rear end cover.
