PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introduced gas treatment system of an engine with a turbocharger and an evaporative fuel treatment system of an engine with a turbocharger capable of simplifying pipe layout and dispensing with measures against heat damage.SOLUTION: An evaporative fuel treatment system of an engine with a turbocharger 12 for purging an evaporative fuel generated in a fuel tank to the engine with the turbocharger 12, is configured so that an ejector mechanism 50 is provided integrally with an inlet passage portion 27a of a compressor housing 27 of the turbocharger 12, and that an evaporative fuel passage 45 in which the evaporative fuel flows from the fuel tank and an intercooler upstream portion connecting passage 60 in which part of intake air flows between a compressor 22 of the turbocharger 12 and an intercooler are connected to the ejector mechanism 50.
