PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage application documents safely and correctly.SOLUTION: A document management method comprises: a first issuing step of issuing a correctness checking code corresponding to the predetermined number of correct documents that are application documents without deficiencies and a deficiency checking code corresponding to each of deficient documents that are application documents with deficiencies; a first correct document associating step of associating the correctness checking code with the predetermined number of mechanical reading codes; a first deficient document associating step of associating the deficiency checking code with the mechanical reading codes on a one-to-one basis; and a registration step of registering text information described in the predetermined number of the correct documents on a database in accordance with the predetermined number of the mechanical reading codes associated with the correctness checking code. |
