Disclosed is a method for preparing an oxygen reduction electro-catalyst based on iron-tungsten double-metal oxide enhanced nitrogen-doped graphene. The method comprises the following steps: (1) oxidizing a graphite powder to prepare a graphite oxide; (2) ultrasonically processing the graphite oxide prepared in the step (1) to prepare a graphene oxide; (3) diluting the graphene oxide prepared in the step (2) with water, and mixing with a nitrogen source and performing a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a nitrogen-doped graphene; (4) dispersing the nitrogen-doped graphene prepared in the step (3) into the water, adding an iron source and a tungsten source, heating and performing a hydrolysis reaction; and (5) washing and drying the reaction products in the step (4), and then performing a thermal process under the conditions of a protection gas. The catalyst prepared by the method of the present invention has excellent oxygen reduction catalytic performance and long-term stability, and significant methanol catalysis resistance, has a low price, stable performance, a simple preparation method, and can replace the precious metal platinum to be used as the oxygen reduction electro-catalyst of commercialized fuel batteries and the like. |
