The present invention relates to an awning apparatus for a vehicle, which comprises: a pair of mounting frames mounted on both sides of an upper end outside a vehicle roof; a pair of roll cases installed in each mounting frame to be withdrawn; a horizontal awning roll installed inside one side of the roll cases; and a vertical awning roll installed inside both of the roll cases. Therefore, without using a separate support, an awning screen can be easily installed in the rear of a vehicle by anyone, and a more pleasant and safe camping space can be secured.
