<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of the distribution rest of area demand electric power when an electric generator has small adjustment reserve power or when an operation system is partial. <P>SOLUTION: Area demand electric power distribution means in an embodiment includes time width adjustment means. The time width adjustment means calculates the adjustment reserve power of a high-speed machine of the electric generator and the adjustment reserve power of a low-speed machine of the electric generator. The time width adjustment means increases a time width of a frequency band that the high-speed machine takes partial charge of and decreases a time width of a frequency band that the low-speed machine takes partial charge of when the adjustment reserve power of the high-speed machine is a threshold or larger than the adjustment reserve power of the low-speed machine. The time width adjustment means increases the time width of the frequency band that the low-speed machine takes partial charge of and decreases the time width of the frequency band that the high-speed machine takes partial charge of when the adjustment reserve power of the low-speed machine is the threshold or larger than the adjustment reserve power of the high-speed machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
