According to the present invention, provided is an eco-friendly short fiber non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: a S10 step of stirring a mixture of 2 to 50 wt% of poly lactic acid (PLA) and 50 to 98 wt% of polypropylene (PP) by inserting the mixture into a kneader; a S20 step of dissolving the stirred mixture by inputting the stirred mixture into an extruder at a temperature of 150 to 260°C; a S30 step of extruding the dissolved material by supplying the dissolved material to the kneader; a S40 step of emitting the extruded dissolved material through an emission nozzle of an emitter formed as hundreds of small orifices and fiberizing the dissolved material by drawing a high pressure hot wind sprayed with high speed from both sides of the emission nozzle; and a S50 step of combining the fiber by cutting the fiber determined by the drawn and by accumulating the fiber on a spin belt with a web shape. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mixture of poly lactic acid (PLA) and polypropylene (PP) is stirred in a kneader. The mixture is perfectly dissolved in a third stepped temperature in an extruder. A problem in which an existing PLA and PP are not easily mixed is solved by manufacturing the mixture with a melt brown method. The mixture is eco-friendly and a mechanical strength for real-use is improved. The lifetime of non-woven fabric is extended by delaying the corrosion of fabric. The manufacturing cost of the non-woven fabric is reduced. |
