<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of reducing disassembly and maintenance operations by preventing enlargement of unbalance of a rotor due to adhesion of dust. <P>SOLUTION: A full-closed type motor comprises: a stator iron core 12; a first bracket and a second bracket; a first bearing part 17; a second bearing part 20; a rotor 26 having a rotation shaft 23 rotatably supported by the two bearing parts and a rotor iron core 22; a cooling partition disc 30 rotatable integrally with the rotation shaft; a labyrinth structure part X formed between an outer periphery of the cooling partition disc and the first bracket; a ventilation space 34 defined between the cooling partition disc, the first bearing and the first bracket, circulating ambient air introduced from a suction port 36a formed on an outer periphery of the first bearing part, and exhausting it to the outside from an exhaust port 36b formed on the first bracket; a recess 42 for correcting unbalance formed on the surface of the cooling partition disc contacting the ventilation space; and a filler 44 having a specific gravity lighter than that of a material of the cooling partition disc and filling the recess to close the recess. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
