<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device and a temperature control method of electrical equipment or an electronic component device loaded on a vehicle and construction machinery configured by adding a heating function at low temperature without making it unnecessary to install any new heat source by using coolant to be used for an engine cooling circuit of a main power source as a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: In order to control electrical equipment or an electronic component device loaded on a vehicle and construction machinery loaded with an engine in a proper temperature range, when the temperature of the electrical equipment or the electronic component device is lower than first temperature, the waste heat of engine coolant is used to warm the electrical equipment or the electronic component device, and when the temperature of the electrical equipment or the electronic component device is higher than second temperature, the electrical equipment or the electronic component device is cooled with coolant cooled by an exclusive cooling device for controlling the electrical equipment or the electronic component device in the range of the first temperature and the second temperature. Thus, it is possible to control the electrical equipment or the electronic component device in the proper temperature range even under any environmental temperature by switching a switching valve in accordance with the temperature detected by a temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
