<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary paper which hardly causes paper breakage and can omit a step of applying a feeling improving agent thereto in a secondary step after web forming process, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The sanitary paper has the feeling improving agent containing a water-soluble softening agent and/or water-soluble moisturizing agent applied on one face of a base paper 100. The water-soluble softening agent comprises at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a surface active agent containing an aliphatic group having 8-24 carbon atoms, water-soluble organopolysiloxane and a water-soluble derivative of the water-soluble organopolysiloxane. The water-soluble moisturizing agent comprises at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a polyhydric alcohol, a sugar group and an amino acid based compound. The feeling improving agent is applied in a papermaking step of the base paper. An amount of the feeling improving agent to be added to the base paper is 2-15 wt% with respect to the dried fiber weight of the base paper when the base paper is tissue paper, and 2-10 wt% with respect to the dried fiber weight of the base paper when the base paper is toilet paper, as a liquid amount containing a water content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
