摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a sintered compact, by which the density and strength of the sintered compact obtained can be improved by improving sinterability of irons, even if a mixed powder is sintered which contains an addition powder comprising at least one added element of manganese, chromium, and silicon. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the sintered compact includes at least: a mixing step of producing a mixed powder obtained by mixing iron-based powder, graphite powder, and the addition powder comprising at least one added element of manganese, chromium, and silicon; a molding step of molding the mixed powder into a compact; and a sintering step of sintering the compact by heating the compact. In the mixing step, the method further includes adding deacidification powder, which then can reduce an oxide of the added element configuring the addition powder back to an oxide at sintering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
