The present invention relates to a method for modifying the surface of a polymer separation membrane, which comprises the steps of: immersing a polymer separation membrane in a first reactor accommodating pure or deionized water; adding a radical initiator to the first reactor, thereby allowing oxidizing power of an OH radical to disconnect a double bond between the surface of the polymer separation membrane and the inside of a pore to induce an unstable state; adding a carboxyl group-containing monomer to the first reactor and then allowing the reactor to stand for a predetermined time to enable the carboxyl group-containing monomer to start reacting with the surface of the polymer separation member or the inside of a pore; and taking out the polymer separation member which has a negatively-charged carboxyl group formed on the surface thereof from the first reactor. |
