摘要 Disclosed are a data readout circuit minimizing a noise effect and having improved digital data conversion performance and a data sensing system including the same. The data readout circuit of the present invention comprises: a sensing line receiving sensing data transmitted in response to a gating signal; a data measuring unit electrically connected to the sensing line to generate noise data and measured data, wherein the noise data comply with a voltage level of the sensing line which is sensed in a non-reception state of the sensing data and the measured data comply with a voltage level of the sensing line which is sensed in a reception state of the sensing data; a data amplifying unit generating amplified data based on a difference of the measured data versus the noise data and a control gain ratio, wherein the amplified data have a voltage level adjusted by a level adjusted voltage; and an analog-to-digital conversion unit converting the amplified data of analog components into output data of digital components and providing the converted data, wherein a level difference of the amplified data for the level-adjusted voltage is sensed to generate the output data. According to the data readout circuit of the present invention, a noise effect is minimized to improve performance of converting into output data of digital components, thereby improving data readout ability as a whole.
