<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet capable of improving its washing performance by preventing the occurrence of water overflow from a rim portion of a bowl part.SOLUTION: A water closet 1 includes a water supply device 4 for supplying a fixed great flow amount of washing water to a toilet bowl body continuously for a predetermined time, a bowl part 8 including a sewerage receiving face 16 and a rim portion 18 having an inner peripheral face 22, a first rim water discharge port 24 for discharging the washing water along the inner peripheral face of the rim portion to form a swirl flow, and a second rim water discharge port 26 for discharging the washing water along the inner peripheral face of the rim portion in the same direction as that of the swirl flow formed by the first rim water discharge port, wherein a guide part 90 is provided on the inner peripheral face of the rim portion in a region right on the upstream side of the second rim water discharge port for guiding the direction of the washing water F1 discharged from the first rim water discharge port, the guide part being formed so that the direction of the washing water F1 discharged from the first rim water discharge port to arrive at the second rim water discharge port is almost the same as the direction of the washing water F2 discharged from the second rim water discharge port.</p> |
