A skirt member for use in a flashing for a roof penetrating structure, comprising a first cover layer, a second cover layer and a third cover layer, said cover layers being interconnected by a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer at least one of which is made from a plastic material. The first cover layer is intended to face the exterior of a building in the mounted state of the flashing, and said first adhesive layer has a density of at least 2.5 g/ml. The adhesive force of the second adhesive layer to the second cover layer may be stronger than to the third cover layer and the third cover layer may comprises two or more separate sheet members, a weakening zone allowing separation and/or a pattern indicating where to separate. The surface area of the second adhesive layer may be smaller than the surface area of the first adhesive layer. |
