<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump operation planning device for making an operation plan for achieving the optimal operation of a pump. <P>SOLUTION: The pump operation planning device includes: a first arithmetic unit 111 for setting an objective function for reducing a change in a pumping amount of a plurality of first sections, and for calculating the pumping amount of the first section by a plurality of water pumps 2e satisfying the objective function by combinational optimization by using an inflow estimated value to a water pump well of the first section, an initial water level of the water pump well, a cross section S of the water pump well, and an upper limit water level H<SB POS="POST">high</SB>and a lower limit water level H<SB POS="POST">low</SB>of the water pump well; and a second arithmetic part 112 for setting an object function for reducing a change in a pumping amount of a plurality of second sections included in the first section, and for calculating the pumping amount of the second section by a plurality of water pumps satisfying the objective function by combinational optimization by using an inflow estimated value to a water pump well of the second section, an initial water level of the water pump well, a cross section S of the water pump well, and an upper limit water level H<SB POS="POST">high</SB>and a lower limit water level H<SB POS="POST">low</SB>of the water pump well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
