A photoelectric converter comprises: a signal source for processing a signal generated in a photoelectric converting unit; a signal line provided to receive the signal outputted from the signal source; and a reset unit provided to supply reset voltage to the signal line. The signal source comprises: an amplifying transistor arranged in series between a first node receiving first voltage, and a second node receiving second voltage; and a load supplying current to the amplifying transistor. The load is arranged at a side receiving the second voltage. An absolute value of the difference between the reset voltage resetting the signal line, and the first voltage supplied from the signal line is smaller than an absolute value of the difference between the reset voltage and the second voltage supplied from the signal line.
