A system for monitoring a biometric signal is disclosed. The system for monitoring a biometric signal according to the present invention is provided on a movable device in an indoor space, and comprises: a radar unit which uses an impulse radar to track a location of a monitoring target to determine a coordinate of the monitoring target, and gives directivity to the impulse radar according to the coordinate of the corresponding monitoring target to receive a biometric signal of the monitoring target; and a first control unit which refers to the coordinate of the monitoring target to move the movable device to a location for acquiring the biometric signal of the monitoring target, and determines the breathing rate and the heart rate from the biometric signal received by the radar unit to determine an emergency situation.
