The present invention relates to a method for producing polyketone using vapor phase polymerization. The method for producing polyketone using vapor phase polymerization is capable of increasing the activity of vapor-phase polymerization by injecting methanol (MeOH) in a monomer gas and a solid catalyst as a catalyst initiator so as to promote flowage of the catalyst when producing polyketone by the vapor phase polymerization, thereby increasing the production of polyketone. In addition the present invention can: promote the fluidization of the catalyst and increase the activity of the same, by installing a MeOH feeding system equipped with a high temperature vaporizer in a vapor phase polymerization process line, and injecting vaporized MeOH in a polymerization reactor as a catalyst initiator when putting the monomer gas into the polymerization reactor. According to the technical configuration of the present invention, MeOH is injected in the monomer gas and the solid catalyst, which are put into the polymerization reactor when polymerizing the vapor phase of the polyketone, as a catalyst initiator. |
